Affordable Event Rentals
is a small team of people dedicated to helping you afford your dream wedding, anniversary, birthday party, corporate event or any other event you choose to throw. If you're planning a wedding, you already know that when you add the word "wedding" to any item or service, the price immediately goes up. At AER, we've found a way to make the prices go down. We go to liquidation sales, going out of business sales, over-stock and clearance sales - you name it, we go. We're always on the lookout for incredible prices on quality items that we can rent to you at prices much lower than traditional rental companies.
Our goal is simple: Provide quality china, stemware and flatware rentals as well as catering equipment and table linens at truly affordable prices.
Our selection is limited but we probably have what you need. We offer two china patterns (one formal and one informal), one flatware pattern and several stemware options: wine, champagne, water, martini and a multi-purpose glass. We rent tablecloths in two sizes (90" Round and 60x120" Rectangles) and in two colors (White and Black). We also offer a large color selection of table runners and linen napkins.

THE OFF SEASON (November - March)
AER is a small company and we all have full-time jobs so during the off season we only offer appointments on Tues, Weds, and Thurs evenings and unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery during this time.
